Reserve the Home of your Dreams
If you’ve fallen in love with the At the Crossroads project and would like to carefully think everything through, you can make a fully non-binding reservation, which is valid for 3 working days. This reservation becomes binding when a reservation contract is signed and the reservation fee of CZK 200,000* is paid.
*The reservation fee is a payment towards the price of the property and is paid into the project account.
Signing a Letter of Intent Together
Within the period specified in the reservation contract, we will work with you to execute a letter of intent that precisely specifies the property to be purchased and sets out the terms of payment and the extent to which the property can be modified to meet your wishes.
The full 100% of the price of the land on which your dream house will be built must be paid within 10 days of this joint signature.

Depending on what phase the project is in, you may have the opportunity to suggest modifications to the standard solution. We’ll help you to set up those changes to suit your needs.
Paid! It’s Officially Yours.
Once you’ve paid off the rest of the purchase price according to the payment schedule, we’ll execute a property ownership transfer contract with you for the house. This agreement’s date of signature and the entry of the ownership rights into the Land Register depend on the type of financing chosen and the construction status of the property.
Together with the property transfer contract, we will prepare all the documents needed for the registration of the ownership rights, which we will then send onward to the competent cadastral office.
Handing over the Keys
After a detailed final inspection at the construction site with participation by you and a representative of LoopWay s.r.o., a handover protocol is signed, keys are handed over and documentation files containing primarily warranty certificates and user manuals for the installed equipment are provided to you. At this moment we record the status of the energy and water meters. With your consent, we handle your registration filings as a media (TV/radio) consumer at this address. You don’t have to handle anything yourself.
And what if something goes wrong?
You will be contacted by the responsible claims engineer no later than 10 working days after your claim is received at the company. We will work with you to arrange a date for a local inspection, and if the defect is accepted as justified, the claimed defect will be remedied by the agreed deadline or within thirty days of the local inspection.
